Refund & Return Policy – Street Club


At Street Club, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Window

You can return your parcel within 2 days after receiving it. After 2 days of delivery, return requests will no longer be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

You must also provide proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation).

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your parcel back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, you will receive a 100% full refund

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest method is to return your order (if eligible) and place a new order after approval.
